Our approach
Part of the online plan may include building things like websites or blogs; integrating these with social-media channels; improving search through SEO/SEM; developing campaigns to increase engagement by the online community, or tactical use of mobile technology. We can do this work for you, or with you (if you have your own development team).
What we do:
- identify audience needs and align the website features/functionality to serve them
- focus on UX (user experience) to promote engagement
- develop websites that are dynamic by making it easy for you to add new content (a major criteria for search-engine ranking)
- use technology that makes your website compatible with mobile devices like the iPhone, Android or iPad
- help you develop content that is aligned to the audience and make it easy for them to engage
- integrate the website/blog into the wider social media landscape

We take a disciplined and rigorous approach to project management. All engagements are preceded by a detailed project plan. We use this develop cost estimates, and time-line complete with milestones and deliverables.
Once the plan is accepted, we then enter the project into an on-line Project Management System (PMS). This allows you to track progress of the job and also allows us to collaborate with us in certain elements of the project. Entries made into this system will generate emails, to people assigned tasks, and elerts if a task is overdue.
This PMS also handles support ticketing, So, if there is a issue, it can be enter the system so that it can be efficiently tracked and rectified.

We use sophisticated work-flow tools, which is integrated into the project management system. This makes it easy for you to submit content, like images and copy and for us to track delivery. This system also manages revisions and ability to comment or discussions about issues.
On complex jobs we use specialist software to develop wireframes and prototypes. This allows you be active in the design process, make changes or approval. The prototype can be used to perform usability testing before committing to programming during the 'build' phase.
